Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico.

Yes, we’re happy to offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that two-day expedited shipping is currently unavailable for these locations.

- Standard Shipping (UPS or USPS): Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery within the U.S. may take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Expedited Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day): Available at the customer’s expense. These options are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
- Frozen Product Shipping: Shipped overnight only (Tuesdays), with an additional $50 handling fee. A recipient must be available to accept delivery.
- C.O.D. Deliveries: Available via UPS only, with a $15 service charge. The customer must be present to accept delivery. C.O.D. refusals are subject to full shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee.
- P.O. Box Deliveries: Only fulfilled via USPS.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. However, expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.
Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Note: Some addresses may not qualify for expedited shipping (hey, maybe it’s time to move!).
Please allow up to two business days for processing, in addition to the two-day transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within a few days of placing your order, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If your package appears to be missing, please check around your property—it may have been placed out of sight. You can also use the carrier’s tracking link to view delivery details or a photo (if available) showing where the package was left.
If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us at info@biojouvance.com within three days of the scanned delivery date so we can assist you.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. If your return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping.
