Thank you for shopping with Bio Jouvance Paris. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and what to expect when you place an order with us.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We're proud to offer USPS Priority Mail shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) are not available for military addresses.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only.
International Shipping
We accept international orders to select countries. International shipping costs, delivery times, and customs duties vary by destination. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country
- International orders may be subject to additional processing time
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance
SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Standard Shipping (UPS or USPS)
- Processing time: 1-5 business days
- Delivery time: Up to 10 business days within the U.S.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on retail orders $100 or more (U.S. only)
Expedited Shipping
We offer the following expedited shipping options:
- Next Day Shipping
- 2nd Day Shipping
- 3rd Day Shipping
Important notes about expedited shipping:
- Available at customer's expense
- Not eligible for free shipping promotions
- Not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses or some remote locations
- Please allow up to 2 business days for processing in addition to transit time
- Some addresses may not qualify for expedited shipping
Frozen Product Shipping
Products requiring frozen shipping are shipped overnight only on Tuesdays with an additional $50 handling fee. A recipient must be available to accept delivery.
C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)
- Available via UPS only
- $15 service charge applies
- Customer must be present to accept delivery
- C.O.D. refusals are subject to full shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
For expedited shipping, please allow up to 2 business days for processing in addition to the selected transit time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.
To track your package, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Missing Packages
If your package appears to be missing:
1. Check around your property - packages may be placed out of sight for security
2. Use the carrier's tracking link to view delivery details or photos showing where the package was left
3. Contact us at info@biojouvance.com within 3 days of the scanned delivery date so we can assist you
*Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring that the delivery location is secure and accessible. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits for orders with confirmed delivery status.
Any claims regarding lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Damaged Packages
If your package or product was damaged during transit:
1. Save both the box and the merchandise
2. Contact us immediately at info@biojouvance.com
3. Do not discard any packaging or product, as these materials may be required to process your claim
CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you've entered the wrong shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us immediately at info@biojouvance.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note that we are unable to ship to:
- Some remote or rural locations that are not serviced by our carriers
- Addresses in countries where we do not currently offer international shipping
- Any location where applicable laws prohibit the shipment of our products
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These fees are charged by the destination country and are not included in your order total
- Delivery may be delayed if customs clearance is required
- We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees
