RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Relations team at info@biojouvance.com within 14 days of your purchase date to request a return.

Items returned within the 14-day window are eligible for a full refund, with the following exceptions:

• Equipment/Electric items: If used, a 25% restocking fee will apply
• At this time, we are unable to process exchanges

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email info@biojouvance.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

• Your order number
• Name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return

Important Notes

• Only products purchased directly from www.biojouvance.com are eligible for return
• If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly
• Products purchased on www.biojouvance.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retail locations
• If your return package includes any item not listed in your original order, that item may be discarded and will not be refunded or returned

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged, or
• There was an error with your order

If your return is due to our error, we'll gladly cover the return shipping. For all other returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package or product was damaged during transit or is defective:

• Save both the box and merchandise
• Contact us immediately at info@biojouvance.com
• Do not discard any packaging or product, as these may be required to process your claim
• For defective items, please email photos and details of the issue

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
