Use during professional facial treatments as directed by a licensed esthetician, typically once every 2–4 weeks.

• Sanitize hands, device and treatment area; wear gloves.
• Remove a sterile needle tip from its blister pack—do not touch the needles.
• Align the tip with the Bio Pen head and twist until it locks securely in place.
• Select the needle configuration (9, 12, 36 or 42 pins) and set the desired depth on the Bio Pen.
• Apply recommended glide serum or numbing agent to the skin if needed.
• Glide the Bio Pen over the target area in smooth, overlapping passes—avoid excessive pressure.
• Dispose of the needle tip immediately after one treatment in a sharps container; never reuse.
• Clean and disinfect the Bio Pen body according to manufacturer guidelines before storing.
